Meet Attorney Keith Ligori…
Keith Ligori was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He has a bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration and a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Law School. Through his various roles in the corporate and legal world, Keith gained a well-rounded understanding of customer service and the law. It is his experience and dedication to attaining the best results for clients that has led to a fulfilling career in personal injury law. Keith opened his own practice in July of 2003. His team of lawyers and support staff strive to help people and change their lives for the better.
Education & Licenses
Keith attended Jesuit High School and was part of the class of 1988. He went on to attend Loras College and played football. He graduated in 1992. Later, Keith enrolled at Nova Southeastern University Law School, earning his J.D. in 2000. Keith passed the Florida Bar exam and was admitted in 2001. He is also licensed to practice in the United States Federal District Court in the Middle District of Florida
Work Experience
Keith worked for the Dubuque Fighting Saints as Assistant to the Public Relations Director and later as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations. When he moved back to Tampa, Keith took a job for the Tampa Bay Storm (Arena Football League) as the Assistant to the Public Relations Director and was quickly promoted to Public Relations Director.
While in law school, Keith worked for Hinshaw and Colbertson as a Law Clerk and for the Broward County State Attorneyâs Office as a Certified Legal Intern. After earning his J.D., Keith worked for the Marion County Public Defender as an Assistant Public Defender. He later worked for the other side as an Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County.
Activism
Keith has been recognized for his activism through his efforts to support the organization Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), whose mission is to end all drunk driving and work toward a future with no more victims. Keith has proudly supported MADD for the last two decades and attends their annual events as a sponsor.
In 2023, Keith hosted a series of âLunch & Learnâ events to help educate and connect with attorneys, medical providers, and other key roles in the Personal Injury industry. At each event, Keith spoke on major changes happening in the Florida legislature that affected business, but more importantly, Florida residents. Keith made it a point to lobby in Tallahassee on behalf of the people, alongside doctors, fellow attorneys, and activists. Keith always keeps the best interest of the people he works with at heart.
